1. Delivery Locations
- We deliver our lingerie products to all serviceable pin codes in India.
- If your location is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout.
2. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping may be available on selected products or above a minimum order value (if applicable).
- Standard shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before you place your order.
3. Order Processing Time
- Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
4. Delivery Time
- Standard delivery time is usually 3–10 business days, depending on your location and courier partner serviceability.
- Metro cities may receive deliveries faster, while remote/rural areas may take longer.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and link via email/SMS/WhatsApp (if enabled).
- You can track your order using the courier partner’s website/app.
6. Delays in Delivery
- While we work with reliable courier partners, unforeseen delays (weather, strikes, festivals, logistics issues) may occur.
- Collect Now will not be held responsible for such delays beyond our control, but we will assist you in tracking and resolving delivery issues.
7. Wrong Address / Non-Delivery
- Please ensure that your shipping address, pin code, and contact details are accurate.
- If a package is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.
8. International Shipping
- Currently, we ship only within India.
